<p>Small businesses complicate their efforts in trying to uncover international business opportunities. Their own personal actions have far more impact on their success than relying on translators and looking for foreign joint venture partners.</p>

<p>The small actions you can take at home will have more immediate impact on your international business development than the services you can buy. Why is this? The more interaction you have in learning more about your foreign markets, the more you will be able to equate your acquired market knowledge with the products and services you sell.</p>

<p>Yes, you will probably end up needing the services from your target market. But the knowledge you can acquire from the countries where you would like to grow your business is priceless.</p>

<p>Sure translations are important. Adapting your sales materials to for a perfect cultural fit is important. But if you can start off from where you are, with what you have, you will learn a lot more in the process and you will make a better choice when seeking to get those foreign services.</p>

<p>You need to know as much as possible about each specific foreign market. Start off slowly, one country at a time. Make a concentrated effort to understand everyone&#8217;s opinion. You will begin to see a path to take.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Four years ago if you were to ask me how to improve a business, I’d tell you what the heck? You know, I’d have no idea on how someone can bring his business to attract breakthrough profits like it has never made before.</p>
<p>But then I learned about copywriting.</p>
<p>I know – you may be tired with the term or don’t want to be related to it, but give me a minute here. And I’ll explain why your thoughts are about to change.</p>
<p>The reason why copywriting is valuable is because of how it manipulates language and turn messages into something persuasive to the prospect customer.</p>
<p>When something persuades your prospects or customers to buy your products or services, isn’t it a favor for you?</p>
<p>Because of how persuasive a sales message can be as a result of good copywriting, you get to increase sales &#038; profits and sell more of your products or services.</p>
<p>The problem is, copywriting isn’t easy. Especially if you know nothing about the art of pushing your prospects and customers’ desire hot-buttons the right way and make them buy.</p>
<p>There are people who do it overboard. That’s where hype comes in. And there are people who tries to do it, but fail. That’s where unresponsive sales copy come into the picture.</p>
<p>But I’ll give ya a secret nonetheless.</p>
<p>Everyone can become a master at copywriting.</p>
<p>There, the big secret is out. Everyone. And by that, I mean YOU too.</p>
<p>The only question is, why do you need to spend all the hours and hours of practice, unproductive effort and pain of going through tons and tons of wrong attempts plus FAILURES just because…</p>
<p>You have a hope to make the kind of profits you’d never imagine you can make in a lifetime?</p>
<p>You get all my ramblings?</p>
<p>What I mean is, yes you can try to be all you can be as a good copywriter. But there’s no reason why you should if you’re a business owner who cares more about your sales and profits and you can grow your business many times over – as you sacrifice your time in unproductive attempts like trying to be excellent at copywriting.</p>
<p>Instead, you can save that effort.</p>
<p>Use it in more productive activities like planning ahead of your business, brainstorming better steps to improve its growth, think about how you can allocate your time to create the most valuable returns…</p>
<p>Save the opportunity cost from writing a less than persuasive sales copy… lose more customers in the attempt of it… or go through a series of stress because you couldn’t understand how to fit all the right ways to craft a devilish copy.</p>
<p>And let someone lethal enough with his craft… to do your bidding.</p>

Given the stiff competition in the market, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) need to develop a proactive consumer communication programme to offer their clients relevant information about their products and services.</p>
<p>There are some basic tenets that a small enterprise should follow while developing an effective customer communications programme. To begin with, the company should determine its objectives for customer communications programme and establish a framework for its effective implementation. This includes setting up control and test groups that monitor the impact of the company’s communication strategy on sales. These groups can also carry out surveys to assess customers’ awareness, recall and purchase intent from time to time.</p>
<p>The company should decide on the format of communications that would be most apt for its target market. For example, if an IT company enters a new market and wants to provide in-depth information about its area of expertise to its purchasing agents, it would be best for this firm to use the medium of Internet. Usage of Internet will help it send across relevant information about its services to its web-savvy audience.</p>
<p>For the communication to be effective, it is important for the content to reflect the value that you ascribe to your relation with the customer.
